Parent Handbook

Welcome, thank you for visiting our website. We truly believe this is the best preschool program and are confident your little one will enjoy coming to school here. We are so excited to help them grow! Below is a brief parent handbook of commonly asked questions for your convenience.

Policies & Enrollment

Registration Fee

Just Be Kids charges an annual non-refundable fee of $60 per child for the yearly classes. This fee is due upon enrollment. The fee holds your child's place in the class and covers the cost of enrollment and basic supplies for each student.

Tuition:

Tuition is due by the 5th of every month beginning from September 5th to May 5th.

Tuitions rates depend on class age. See pages 4-year-olds & 3-year-olds for tuition rates.

30-Day Withdrawl Notice

A 30-day written notice of withdrawal is required. If you need to withdrawal your child at any point you will need to submit the request to me and you will be billed for the 30 days of tuition from the date the form is received. Your child is absolutely welcomed to attend over those 30 days.

Photos

Just Be Kids uses photos taken in class and at school events for scrap books, school posts, and other various purposes. Please be aware that your student may be in these photos and unless expressed by form you are giving Just Be Kids permission to use the photos.

Drop Off

Drop off times will be sent to each parent at the beginning of the school year based on class selections.

We ask that all children be to the school before the doors open at their scheduled time. This enables us to get the children into the classroom and get our lesson started in a reasonable amount of time.

For safety purposes the doors to the preschool remain locked at all times. Please knock or call if you are arriving late so that I may let your child in.

Pick-Up

Pick-up times will be sent to each parent at the beginning of the school year based on class selections.

We ask that all parents be to the school 5 minutes before the doors open at the scheduled pick-up time. This enables us to get the children to their guardians safely and on time for the next class to arrive.

For safety purposes the doors to the preschool remain locked at all times. Please knock or call if you are arriving late so that I may let your child in.

Potty

We understand potty accidents are common for young children even if they have been potty trained for years. We ask that parents include a change of clothes and underwear in a sealed bag inside of their backpack as a precaution.

Just Be Kids staff do not change diapers or go into the bathroom with children.

If an accident requires assistance, we will call the child's listed contacts.

Behavior

We have a policy to promote an orderly and safe classroom environment for all students and staff. We hold all staff and students to the highest standards of behavior in the classroom and during school activities.
